Patriots WR Antonio Brown will not face prosecution on sexual assault accusations

New England Patriots wide receiver Antonio Brown won’t be prosecuted according to Pittsburgh-area law enforcement.
Britney Taylor is attracting a lawsuit against Brown.
“The office, Together with the Allegheny County Police Department, made contact counsel for the plaintiff in the federal litigation involving Antonio Brown,” the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office wrote in a declaration.
“Procedurally, it appears there’s a statute of limitations problem in moving ahead with any question between the Allegheny County allegation said in the lawsuit.”
The NFL has interviewed Taylor and proceeds to investigate, but it isn’t known if the league will probably encounter Brown.
Taylor asserts she was sexually assaulted by Brown on three occasions, including after in Pittsburgh, where the wide receiver played for fourteen days with the Steelers, and in Florida.
ESPN has reported prior to the lawsuit was filed, that Brown, who hired Taylor after they attended Central Michigan in the same moment, turned down a $ 2m settlement.
Confidential talks between the two parties had been held, and it had been determined the Patriots wouldn’t have known about the allegations unless provisions of this confidentiality had been breached.
Darren Heitner, Brown’s attorney, said in a statement last week that his client was in a”consensual private relationship” by Taylor.
