Patriots WR Antonio Brown will not face prosecution on sexual assault accusations

New England Patriots wide receiver Antonio Brown will not be prosecuted according to law enforcement.
Britney Taylor is bringing a suit against Brown.
“The office, along with the Allegheny County Police Department, made contact counsel for the prosecution in the federal suit involving Antonio Brown,” that the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office wrote in a statement.
“Procedurally, it seems there’s a statute of limitations problem in proceeding ahead with any question involving the Allegheny County allegation mentioned in the lawsuit.”
The NFL has interviewed Taylor and continues to research, but it is not known if the league will encounter Brown.
Taylor asserts Brown sexually attacked her on three occasions, including in Pittsburgh, in which the receiver played for fourteen days to the Steelers, and twice in Florida.
ESPN has noted until the lawsuit was filed, that Brown, who hired Taylor as a coach as soon as they attended Central Michigan at exactly the identical time, turned down a $ 2m settlement.
Confidential talks between the two parties had been maintained, and it was determined unless terms of the confidentiality was breached that the Patriots would not have known about the allegations.
Darren Heitner, Brown’s lawyer, said in an announcement last week that his client had been at a”consensual personal relationship” by Taylor.
