Ravens’ Hayden Hurst ‘good to go’ for training camp

 In Uncategorized

Hayden Hurst’s rookie season never got off the floor after a Jones fracture in his foot sidelined him four games to begin the season.
The Baltimore Ravens first-round tight conclusion compiled only 13 receptions for 163 yards and one touchdown as the foot injury set back him and nagged the whole campaign.
If the Ravens held Hurst out of some OTAs due to a tweak, offseason questions about durability persisted this spring.

“Kind of sensed it last year, was never really at 100 per cent,” Hurst said. “Clearly, you kind of have the aches and pains of a twist being in your own foot. But I’m good to go today, all healthy, do not believe it and feel 100 percent.”

Hurst said he believes the burden will not only help him stay healthy but also increase his production.
“I simply feel powerful. When I am in and out of cuts and men are on me at the top of the paths, I’m in a position to get breakup better,” he told 105.7 The Fan. “Obviously I’m ready to maintain the point of attack better blocking and stuff, so that’s going to be fun.
