He has pitched well with just 1-run enabled in 11 innings, but he did yield 12 hits and 5 walks, even having to escape a few clocks to provide up a single run. Sheffield has also fought in Seattle, where he’s got a 5.71 ERA, 1.85 WHIP, along with .405 OBA at 17.1 innings pitched. I think that the total should be a tad higher in 9.5 here, therefore the OVER at 9 conveys some significance together onto it on Sunday afternoon in Seattle.
