White Sox vs. Mariners MLB Pick – September 15th
The Chicago White Sox were edged out by the Seattle Mariners by Felix Hernandez Supporting a dominant performance.
Felix allowed 1 earned run as he flipped back the clocks and pitched just like King Felix. His contract expires after this season, so it if that’s one of the starts as a Mariner. He reup using the Mariners, sign elsewhere, or can retire following this year.
Felix succeeded back in July, but we will see where it goes. He will have time in the offseason. But Hernandez will have to accept he would not be getting paid considerably. It’d be light in comparison to what he’s got in his career, so it’s going to get to be for your love of the game. He is already racked in millions and does not require the dollars.
It would be tough to see Hernandez go out with a opportunity to compete for a World Series. Enrolling with a contender to eventually play football in October are wise. Success won’t be seen in Seattle next year. The win yesterday was their 61st on the season to go with a list of 61-88 into Sunday. The Mariners were handcuffed with just 2 runs. That was sufficient, however, and was also a score that is fitting for Hernandez who has spared the offense a good deal during his lengthy career.
The Mariners will look to the future in 2020 and lean heavily on men including Justus Sheffield. Sheffield was involved in the trade for James Paxton in 2018. He’s a prospect who is predicted to contribute for the Mariners. The Mariners expect that includes 2020 at which he’ll go into his authentic rookie year . Sheffield gets the nod against Ivan Nova of the White on Sunday. Head below for our free White Sox vs. Mariners pick.

The White Sox have not had a successful year, but Yoan Moncada and Lucas Giolito demonstrating they belong in the majors was a step ahead. That’s a bat and an arm which the White Sox should have the ability to lay a base that is good down with. They will want a lot more than that, and I can state that Ivan Nova is not in their long-term plans. The veteran started off but has regressed. Fatigue has emerged to be a problem for him most recently, as he has posted an ERA of 8.36 along with 2.07 WHIP in his previous three outings.
The street has not been too kind to Nova, either. Nova enters Seattle having the ERA of 4.92 along with 1.62 WHIP at 97 innings. That also contains a .378 OBA. Whereas in the home, Nova includes a 1.18 WHIP and .296 OBA, so his control was an issue whilst seeing venues on the road. The Mariners hold a Good .375 OBP . I really don’t have the most faith in Nova to find his stroke. He has more than checked out in 2019 and is ready for the break.
Justus Sheffield has produced four starts and an appearance out of the bullpen with the Mariners. He trotted out of the bullpen three days using the Yankees last time and got hammered for a 10.12 ERA. It didn’t take long for the Yankees to give up on him and flip his services for James Paxton.
Up to now with all the Mariners, Sheffield has been down and up. He has pitched well with just 1-run enabled in 11 innings, but he did yield 12 hits and 5 walks, even having to escape a few clocks to provide up a single run. Sheffield has also fought in Seattle, where he’s got a 5.71 ERA, 1.85 WHIP, along with .405 OBA at 17.1 innings pitched. I think that the total should be a tad higher in 9.5 here, therefore the OVER at 9 conveys some significance together onto it on Sunday afternoon in Seattle.
