Leeds duo Liam Cooper and Stuart Dallas commit long-term futures to the club
Stuart Dallas and duo Liam Cooper are the latest players to commit their long term futures into the team.
Club captain Cooper has penned a fresh bargain at Elland Road working until the summer of 2024, although Dallas has agreed a fresh contract.
Leeds have now signed three players long-term deals after Kalvin Phillips dedicated to fend off interest.
Cooper has showcased this year, helping three blank sheets are secured by his side and his remarkable performances made him his first international caps for Scotland .
Cooper reserved special praise for his director Marcelo Bielsa and the effect the Argentine has had on his career after registering his arrangement.
“Since the very first day that Marcelo and his team have come into their attention to detail, so the way they work together with the staff each and every day, and also how they demand things has been another degree for mepersonally,” Cooper told Sky Sports.
“It’s brought me on leaps and bounds since a person and as a player and that I invite Marcelo and his staff for that.”
Dallas joined Leeds from fellow Championship side Brentford at 2015 and has amassed 151 looks for the club in all contests, netting 15 goals.
“It has been great to be compelled to feel welcome and I am thrilled,” Dallas said. “It is a great club to be at and that really is where I call home.
“It isn’t only for mepersonally, but for my loved ones as well, and I am thrilled they’ve given me this opportunity to stay.”
