Frank Lampard: Chelsea boss says players happy with hefty fine system

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard insists hes notMr Tough Guy despite imposing a strict disciplinary code where players face a #20,000 penalty if they were late for training.
A penalties list that was leaked revealed various punishments such as paying 500 for each minute someone is late to a team meeting.
Lampard says he and with his players consulted about the structure.
It may sound harsh but it is not harsh in case youre not late, he explained.
My only concern when that came out was it makes me look like Im attempting to be Mr Tough Guy. Im not.
The players had been a part of the procedure. Make matters hard and Im not here to be a dictator.

I understand the fines are relative, folks can have their very own mind. However, the players are surely big in the setup of that and I think its important to have discipline in the workplace.
