Galway set to appoint Padraic Joyce as senior football manager

Padraic Joyce is set to succeed Kevin Walsh as director of the senior footballers.
Theres been weeks of speculation amid unrest in the county compared to wholl take the reins – and because Walshs passing at the helm after five years – it appears that two-time All-Ireland winner Joyce is place to land the project.
The 42-year-old is considered one of times of the greatest footballers of the county.
In 2019 he handled that the side, causing them and he has now been given the nod to lead the senior side he was preferred to Limerick, Laois and Tipperary manager Liam Kearns.
After interviews to the position of Galway senior football manager, the meeting committee will be advocating Padraic Joyce and his selectors John Divilly, Mich??al ?? Domhnaill along with John Concannon for ratification to the county and management committee at their meeting next week, Galway GAA stated in a declaration.
Galway GAA would like to thank Liam Kearns because of his fascination with the bundles of Galway and wish him well in the future.
Before this week following the draw has been made, their tournament campaign will open away to New York.
