Germany boss Joachim Low has demanded a response from his side against Northern Ireland on Monday following their home defeat by the Netherlands on Friday.
The Dutch team triumph in Hamburg maintained Northern Ireland top of Group C in the Euro 2020 effort going into Monday’s game .
“We need to approach the sport in this manner that we abandon the pitch as winners,” stated the Germany boss.
“I am positive that we will observe a response on Monday.”
Borussia Dortmund full-back Nico Schulz was ruled after playing in the defeat of Friday.
Germany had begun to discover their feet from their disastrous campaign at the World Cup of the past year.

Berlin daily Der Tagesspiegel warned that”courses must be learned” in the defeat while the country’s biggest tabloid Bild said that”alarm bells” were ringing round the qualification campaign.
After Friday outcome Manuel Neuer has warned his team-mates not to violate a Northern Ireland staff who have won their past five matches.
“We know that anything can happen in football, we experienced ourselves in 2018, therefore it is important that we take this game seriously,” he told Bild.
“It isn’t great for us to be playing with an away game in Belfast right now. They’ve won all their matches up to now and it is always tricky to score goals from these competitions.”
