Donjuan Triumphant, the primary horse bought by the Leicester City chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, sealed an emotional triumph at the British Champions Sprint Stakes at Ascot.
Champion jockey Silvestre de Sousa rode the outsider in the colors of King Power to victory.
The surprise triumph came just hours before tens of thousands of Leicester supporters took part to indicate the first anniversary of the helicopter crash which claimed the life of Srivaddhanaprabha others.

Magical daughter of Galileo won in 21 starts within two furlongs distance and the one mile for the ninth time.
OBrien also triumphed with Kew Gardens (7-2), who won the Long Distance Cup to inflict a first defeat in almost two years on superstar 8-13 favorite Stradivarius, ridden by Dettori.
